Steering Pivot
I had these parts along with the Rocker & Swing Pivots machined by local agricultural engineering firm called Bents Enginneering. If you don't live in an agricultural region, you may find that a marine or transport engineering firm in you area can perform the work for you.
I provided them with the stock, the plans and a sample bearing, and 5 days later picked up these beautifully machined parts (Items 2 and 42).
